At Valoire, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.
- The item is not damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
- A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or incorrectly delivered:
- Products purchased during clearance or final sale.
- Gift cards.
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Innerwear, socks, masks, or other hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund, as appropriate.
Refund Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- The refund is generally initiated within 5–7 business days after approval.
- The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged for a different size or the same product, subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit, as applicable.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error (such as a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), we will bear the return shipping cost.
For returns requested for other eligible reasons, return shipping charges may apply, depending on the circumstances.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process after delivery, if eligible.
