Order Processing


- All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- During peak seasons, sales, or new product launches, processing times may be slightly longer.


Shipping Timeline


Estimated delivery times are:


- Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

- Other Cities & Towns: 4–7 business days

- Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Shipping Charges


- Free standard shipping on orders above ₹999.

- A shipping fee may apply to orders below this amount. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout.


Order Tracking


Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking details. You can use the tracking number to monitor your shipment.


Delivery Attempts


Our courier partners will make multiple delivery attempts. If the package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the shipment, it may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.


Address Changes


Please ensure your shipping address is accurate when placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.


Damaged or Missing Packages


If your order arrives damaged, appears tampered with, or is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos, if applicable. We will investigate and work toward a suitable resolution.


International Shipping


International shipping may be available for selected locations. Shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
